Soil and ecological engineering, plant-based engineering

22 November 2018

For the production of topsoil, soil improvement and restoration of degraded soils we apply different approaches depending on the case and the needs of our customer:

  • Soil engineering, resulting into the formulation to produce a topsoil valorising the materials present on site (including excavated earth);
  • Ecological engineering, or the use of ecosystem properties (living soils) to naturally improve soil properties over time;
  • Plant engineering, to select the plants of interest, aiming to soil improvement or sites valorisation.
